The SGBS Intl. (SMART GREEN BUILDING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL) offers the same benefits as cast-in-place concrete structures, such as reduced floor-to-floor heights, but also provides quick assembly associated with steel construction and less interference from unfavorable weather. Another benefit of this system is the potential for structural steel fabricators to expand their market presence. The SGBS system is ideal for being managed by a single provider, such as the structural steel fabricator or subcontractor, who can handle the budgeting, fabrication, supply, and installation of the entire system.
COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND AUTHORIZATION
The SGBS Intl. (SMART GREEN BUILDING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL) and ENVIROBEAM® can be competitively sourced from steel fabricators authorized by SGBS Intl.
All components are obtained from approved steel fabricators and precast suppliers through a conventional bidding process. Authorization within the Composite Flooring System is granted via a single project commission agreement, with project-specific quotes provided for each job.
Upon becoming an authorized Composite Flooring System fabricator, you will have the privilege to supply and install the entire system, including the fabrication and erection of ENVIROBEAM® and the placement and grouting of precast concrete slabs.
